1. About these terms

This website is operated by Care4You Zimbabwe, of ICL House, 42 Sam Nujoma Street, Corner Samora Machel Avenue and 2nd Street, Harare, Zimbabwe. These terms apply to everyone who visits the website, including people who submit a care enquiry, a job application or a message. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply.

2. Website information

The information on this website is general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but services, availability and details may change. Nothing on the website is a binding offer.

3. Not an emergency or medical advice service

The content on this website does not replace advice from a doctor, nurse or other qualified health professional. Always seek medical advice about a specific condition.

4. Care enquiries and quotations

• Sending a care enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige you or us to proceed.
• We will contact you to discuss your needs and, where appropriate, arrange a free home assessment.
• Any quotation we give is based on the information available at the time and may change if care needs change.
• Please give accurate information. If you are enquiring on behalf of someone else, you confirm that they know about the enquiry or that you are entitled to act for them.

5. Care services

Care is provided only under a separate written care agreement between us and the client (or the person arranging and paying for care). That agreement sets out the services, the care plan, fees, payment terms, notice periods and cancellation terms. If there is any conflict between these website terms and a signed care agreement, the care agreement applies.

6. Job applications

• We accept job applications through this website only.
• You must be 18 or older to apply.
• The information and documents you submit must be true and your own. We may verify qualifications, identity and references and ask for a police clearance before employment.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or a job offer.
• We never charge a fee to apply, attend an interview, receive training or be placed in a job. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay, and please tell us.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else's information without their permission;
• upload files containing viruses or harmful code;
• try to access parts of the website or the administration system you are not authorised to use;
• send spam, automated submissions or abusive content;
• use the website in any way that breaks the law or harms others.

We may block access or remove submissions that break these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The name Care4You Zimbabwe, our logo, the website design and our written content belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Some photographs are used under licence from their owners.

9. Links to other sites

The website links to services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites.

10. Limitation of liability

We provide the website "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the website, from the website being unavailable, or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Zimbabwean law. Our responsibilities for care services are set out in the care agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and the courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version on this page applies at the time you use the website. Questions about these terms can be sent to:
