About Care4You

A Zimbabwean home-care company built around one promise: we care, we support, we are here for you.

Who we are

Bringing professional, compassionate care into Zimbabwean homes

Care4You Zimbabwe was founded to answer a question many families face: how do we make sure the people we love are safe, comfortable and cared for at home?

Families are busy. Many children work long hours in town, and many have moved abroad. Older relatives often prefer to stay in the homes they have built, near their church, neighbours and gardens. We make that possible.

From our office at Three Anchor House in central Harare, we coordinate a team of trained carers and nurses who visit clients at home, live in with those who need more support, and accompany people to hospitals and clinics. Every package is planned with the family and reviewed regularly.

Our mission

To help people of every age live safely, comfortably and with dignity in their own homes, through reliable, person-centred care delivered by trained and caring people.

Our vision

To be Zimbabwe's most trusted name in home care, known for kindness, honesty and quality, and for making families feel supported wherever they are in the world.

Our values

What guides every visit

Compassion

We treat every client the way we would want our own parents and grandparents to be treated.

Dignity & respect

We respect privacy, choices, culture and faith, and we support independence rather than taking it away.

Reliability

We arrive when we say we will and communicate clearly when anything changes.

Partnership

We work with families, doctors, nurses and hospices as one team around the client.

Learning

We invest in training so that our carers grow in skill and confidence.

Honesty

Clear information, transparent plans and an open door for feedback and concerns.

Our carers

How we select and support our team

The quality of care depends on the people who give it. That is why we are careful about who joins us.

  • Face-to-face interviews focused on values and attitude
  • Qualification, identity and reference checks
  • Police clearance before starting with clients
  • Paid induction: personal care, first aid, infection control, safe moving and dementia awareness
  • Supervision visits and ongoing training

Personal care plans

Written with the client and family, covering routines, health needs, preferences and goals.

Regular reviews

We check in with families and update the plan as needs change.
